Two recovery peptides pre-blended in one lyophilized vial. Reconstitute once, dose once. See the BPC-157 guide for mechanism, protocol windows, and primary literature.
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide — a chain of 15 amino acids — derived from a partial sequence of a naturally-occurring protein in human gastric juice. Continuously researched since 1991 out of the University of Zagreb. Substantial animal-model literature; growing early human trial data.
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied for cell migration and tissue regeneration. Frequently stacked with BPC-157 in the recovery literature; this vial pre-blends the two so you reconstitute once and dose once.
Research focus: angiogenesis (new blood-vessel formation), fibroblast activity, and cell migration — mechanisms relevant to connective-tissue repair and gastrointestinal lining regeneration.
The most commonly cited human observational protocol runs 4–6 weeks:

Animal models. BPC-157 has been studied across gastric ulcer, tendon-to-bone reattachment, transected muscle, colitis, and burn-wound models — the majority of the published literature is animal-model. TB-500 (thymosin β4 fragment) has parallel animal-model literature focused on cell migration and tissue regeneration.
Human data. Small-scale observational reports and an anecdotal record. No completed Phase 3 human trial for the general recovery indication as of publication.
Unknowns. Long-term human safety, drug-interaction profile, and human pharmacokinetics of oral vs. subcutaneous administration.

The COA for the specific batch in your vial ships with the order — printed inside the box. Tests performed on every batch:
Specific values vary per batch and are printed on the sheet in the box. For details on the testing process, see the How It Works page.
Dr. Ashley Froese — primary-care physician, host of This Is Not Covered. Her BPC-157 breakdown covers what the animal data actually shows, where the human evidence is thin, and how she thinks about counseling patients on it.

Lyophilized (pre-reconstitution). Store at –20 °C for long-term, up to 2 years. Room-temperature shipping is stable for up to 30 days; refrigerate on arrival.
Reconstituted. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protect from light, use within 28 days. Do not freeze reconstituted vials.
Shipping. Cold-chain in insulated packaging with refrigerant. Plain outer box, neutral return address.
Lys-Pro-Val, α-MSH derivative. Studied for inflammatory pathways.
Selective growth-hormone secretagogue frequently added to recovery protocols.
USP-grade 30 mL multi-use vial with 0.9% benzyl alcohol preservative. Standard diluent for reconstitution.
Standard U-100 insulin syringes, sterile, individually wrapped. The right tool for the calculator readings on this page.
