What this blend is

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide — a chain of 15 amino acids — derived from a partial sequence of a naturally-occurring protein in human gastric juice. Continuously researched since 1991 out of the University of Zagreb. Substantial animal-model literature; growing early human trial data.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied for cell migration and tissue regeneration. Frequently stacked with BPC-157 in the recovery literature; this vial pre-blends the two so you reconstitute once and dose once.

Research focus: angiogenesis (new blood-vessel formation), fibroblast activity, and cell migration — mechanisms relevant to connective-tissue repair and gastrointestinal lining regeneration.

Dosing protocol (research context)

The most commonly cited human observational protocol runs 4–6 weeks:

  • Standard research dose: 250 mcg BPC-157 twice daily, subcutaneous, adjacent to the area of interest
  • TB-500 loading: 2 mg twice weekly for the first 4 weeks, then 2 mg weekly maintenance
  • Reconstitution: 10 mg vial + 4 mL bacteriostatic water → 2.5 mg/mL (both compounds)
  • Draw for 250 mcg BPC: 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe (0.10 mL)
  • Doses per vial: 20 BPC doses at 250 mcg, or 10 combined doses when running both weekly
  • Study duration: Cycle 4-6 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off

Research summary

Animal models. BPC-157 has been studied across gastric ulcer, tendon-to-bone reattachment, transected muscle, colitis, and burn-wound models — the majority of the published literature is animal-model. TB-500 (thymosin β4 fragment) has parallel animal-model literature focused on cell migration and tissue regeneration.

Human data. Small-scale observational reports and an anecdotal record. No completed Phase 3 human trial for the general recovery indication as of publication.

Unknowns. Long-term human safety, drug-interaction profile, and human pharmacokinetics of oral vs. subcutaneous administration.

Certificate of Analysis

The COA for the specific batch in your vial ships with the order — printed inside the box. Tests performed on every batch:

  • HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) — purity
  • MS (Mass Spectrometry) — identity
  • Kinetic LAL — bacterial endotoxin
  • Karl Fischer — water content

Specific values vary per batch and are printed on the sheet in the box. For details on the testing process, see the How It Works page.
