How we work.

Where the peptides come from, how every batch is inspected on arrival, and how orders ship without announcing themselves. No claims — only the process.

Sourcing

Peptides are synthesized by a solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) manufacturing partner whose facility is identified and whose lots are traceable by batch number.

Every batch is then inspected on arrival before it enters inventory — see below.

Batch care on arrival

Every batch is inspected personally the day it arrives, before anything gets logged into inventory. We check the manufacturer's documentation for that specific lot (identity, purity, and their own lab results), the packaging integrity, and the seals on every vial.

What we look at on each batch:

  • Lot documentation — matches the vial number, in date, and covers the checks a manufacturer of that class is expected to run.
  • Vial condition — glass, stopper, and crimp intact; powder cake looks right for that peptide.
  • Manufacturer traceability — the lot is traceable back to a named synthesis run, not an anonymous parcel.

If a batch doesn't clear every one of those checks, it doesn't ship to anyone — full stop. What arrives at your door is exactly what we'd be willing to hand a friend.

On every batch: lot documentation review · vial + seal inspection · manufacturer traceability confirmed.

Shipping & discretion

Every order ships based on what makes sense for that product and destination — no two shipments are identical. Delivery timing and packaging details are worked out with you directly once your order is accepted, and you'll get tracking when it goes out.

Every parcel is shipped in a plain outer box:

  • No brand name printed on the exterior
  • No product category listed on the label
  • Neutral return address; the recipient's name is the only identifier on the label
  • No marketing inserts or referral cards inside

What arrives at your door does not tell your mailroom, your neighbor, or a delivery photo what you ordered.

Data & privacy

We collect the minimum information needed to ship an order. We do not:

  • Load third-party marketing pixels or ad-network trackers on this site
  • Sell, rent, or share your email or shipping address with any marketing partner
  • Retain payment records longer than legally required
  • Aggregate purchase history for behavioral targeting

Order requests are relayed to us through a third-party form-delivery service (Formspree), used only to deliver your request — not for advertising or analytics. Order confirmations are sent by email. Nothing else is. If you want a receipt, request one.
