Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a stabilized analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, developed by Theratechnologies. It is FDA-approved as Egrifta for the treatment of HIV-associated lipodystrophy.

Mechanism

• GHRH receptor agonism. Similar mechanism to Sermorelin, with a longer half-life due to modifications resisting DPP-4 degradation.
