Kisspeptin-10 is the shortest bioactive fragment of kisspeptin, a peptide hormone encoded by the KISS1 gene. It sits at the top of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, making it the subject of active research into reproductive endocrinology and libido-related signaling.

Mechanism
