Glutathione

Glutathione is a tripeptide (glutamate-cysteine-glycine) synthesized endogenously in nearly every cell in the body. It is the primary intracellular antioxidant, and is studied for its role in neutralizing reactive oxygen species and supporting phase-II liver detoxification.
