Legitimacy, discretion, legal framing, and what happens if an order has a problem. Answers below are current; if something isn't here, ask directly on the contact page.
Legitimacy
How do I know your Certificate of Analysis is real? +
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. The COA is batch-specific — the exact lot in the vial you receive — and ships in the box as a printed sheet with a QR code linking to the raw PDF. The PDF is signed and dated by the lab. If you want to verify independently, contact the lab directly with the batch number.
Where do the peptides come from? +
Peptides are synthesized via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) by a manufacturing partner whose facility is identified and whose lots are traceable by batch number. Full detail on the How It Works page.
What is your purity standard? +
Every batch is tested for HPLC purity, endotoxin (kinetic LAL), mass spec identity, and water content. The actual numbers for the specific batch you receive are on the COA that ships with the vial.
Are your dosing recommendations medical advice? +
No. Every dosing figure on this site is drawn from the published research literature (linked citations on the product pages and Learn guides). It is research context, not a treatment plan. Get any protocol you plan to run from a licensed clinician.
Discretion
How discreet is the shipping? +
Plain outer box, no branding on the exterior, no product category listed on the label, neutral return address. The label carries only the recipient's name and address. No marketing inserts inside. What arrives at your door does not tell your mailroom, your neighbor, or a delivery photo what you ordered.
Will my purchase be tied to my name in a data broker file? +
No. This site loads no third-party marketing pixels or ad-network trackers. Your email and shipping address stay in-house — never sold, rented, or shared. Payment records are retained only as long as legally required.
What shows up on my credit card statement? +
A neutral descriptor unrelated to the product category. Details confirmed on the order-reply email so you know what to look for.
Do I need to create an account to order? +
No. Checkout accepts a one-time email and ship-to address. Nothing is saved unless you tell us to.
Legal
Is it legal for me to buy these peptides? +
Products are sold for research and educational purposes only. Peptides may be regulated as prescription substances in some jurisdictions and unregulated in others; some appear on the FDA's compounding restrictions list. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local law before ordering. If you intend to use a peptide in a human-application research context, work under a licensed clinician.
Are you FDA-approved? +
Individual peptides sold on this site are research chemicals. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Some of the compounds we sell (e.g. Semaglutide, Tesamorelin) also exist in FDA-approved pharmaceutical formulations from other manufacturers; we are not those manufacturers and we are not selling those pharmaceuticals.
Orders & issues
What if my order arrives damaged or warm? +
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the packaging and vial. Replacement ships at no cost; shipping refunded in full. Cold-chain integrity is our problem, not yours.
What is the return policy? +
Unopened vials with intact seals: returnable within 14 days for refund. Opened or reconstituted vials: not returnable, for safety reasons standard to research chemicals. Batch discrepancies: replacement plus full refund of shipping.
How long does shipping take? +
Typically 5 business days via standard carrier, insulated with cold-pack refrigerant. Order confirmation includes tracking.
How does the standing order work? +
Choose a cadence — 28-day, 60-day, or custom — and the vial ships automatically at that interval, at 15% off the single price. Adjust, pause, or cancel any time by one line of text or email; no auto-charge in the pipeline. Same batch continuity where supply allows.
