Accessibility Statement

Standard

This site is built with the intent to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where applicable. WCAG defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Features built into the site

• Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy on every page.
• Descriptive alt text on informational images.
• Keyboard-accessible interactive controls (buttons, links, form fields).
• Text-content color contrast intended to meet or exceed the WCAG AA threshold.
• Responsive design that adapts to screen sizes down to mobile-phone widths without loss of information or function.
• Respect for the operating system's prefers-reduced-motion setting; animated feedback is disabled or minimized when reduced motion is requested.
• Text-based tooltips that work on both hover and tap for jargon terms, so definitions are reachable without hover-only interaction.

Known limitations

This is a working site under active development. Some pages may not yet meet Level AA in every respect. Specifically, no independent accessibility audit has been performed. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it (see below) — reports will be treated as high-priority fixes.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If any element of this site is inaccessible to you or blocks your use of the site, please contact the Operator using the Contact page. Include:

• The URL of the page where you encountered the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.
• The assistive technology you were using (if any) and the browser and device.

The Operator will respond within a reasonable timeframe and work with you to provide the information you needed through an alternative channel while any underlying issue is being fixed.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. This statement will be updated as improvements are made and as new features are added to the site.
